Studio , Class & Cancellation Policies

Studio and Class Policy

 

At Studio C Fitness, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can achieve their fitness goals. To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all members and participants, we have established the following policies:

 

Class Booking and Attendance Policy

1. Booking Classes:

• All classes must be booked in advance via our app to secure your spot.

2. Changes to Bookings:

• Changes to your class bookings can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled class through the app.

• Changes requested less than 12 hours before the class will not be accommodated, and the full session charge will apply.

3. No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to attend a class without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the session.

4. Free Trials:

• Free trial sessions are available only for group fitness classes and do not apply to personal training or semi-private personal training sessions. We offer a free consultation to discuss personal training options.

 

Membership and Payment Policy

1. Direct Debit Memberships:

• Members on a direct debit plan may pause their memberships for up to 2 weeks per calendar year.

• Membership pauses must be requested at least 7 days in advance by contacting the studio.

2. Payment Terms:

• All payments must be made in advance via the app or at the studio.

• Direct debit memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Class Cancellations:

• You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the class start time via the app.

• Late cancellations will result in the full session charge being applied.

2. Membership Cancellations:

• For direct debit memberships, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel.

• Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or in person at the studio.

3. Termination of Training:

• Studio C Fitness reserves the right to discontinue training if we feel the professional relationship is not working. This decision will only be made after reasonable efforts to address any concerns have been undertaken.

 

Studio Guidelines

1.. Safety and Respect:

• Proper workout attire and footwear are required for all classes and sessions.

• We maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Personal Belongings:

• Studio C Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

 

Refund Policy

1. Classes and Sessions:

• Refunds are not provided for missed classes, late cancellations, or no-shows.

2. Memberships:

• Membership fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for medical or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of studio management.
